We are members of the Confederation of Aerial Industries Ltd (CAI) ( www.cai.org.uk) and have been for many years. The CAI offer you peace of mind and also provides additional guarantees to our own local customer focussed service .
We are part of the County Durham Registered Traders Scheme, which means our work is approved and all our staff are police checked. A major aim of the scheme is to reduce the number of incidents reported to both Trading Standards and the Police about bogus workmen. These unscrupulous traders carry out below standard work on a person’s home, and when problems occur cannot be located or may be linked to other criminal activities.

The Tyne Tees area "digital switchover" is now complete, the UK’s terrestrial television broadcast signal (known as “analogue”) is now switched off and replaced with a new “digital” signal for freeview. Any TV set or other equipment that has not been converted to receive a digital signal will no longer be able to receive TV programmes on freeview.
