DAB involves technologies that broadcast sound digitally across radio waves. In most areas you'll get at least double the number of stations available on AM/FM. In some areas it's even more!

DAB ( D igital A udio B roadcasting ) aerials can be installed for your DAB radio so you can enjoy all the benefits of DAB. DAB benefits the listener because the nature of DAB transmissions does away with the problem of the hiss and fade that can spoil analogue radio transmissions.

Whatever you're into, in many places DAB will provide you with at least double the number of stations available than on AM/FM, so you’re sure to find a station to match. Because DAB is digital, you'll enjoy stations in clear digital-quality sound. Most DAB radios have automatic tuning. Simply select the station's name on the display screen and your digital radio will tune in straightaway. Some DAB digital radios let you pause and even rewind and record live radio programmes.

FM Radio Aerials

We can also install FM aerials for all your FM radio. To have an FM aerial fitted outside, preferably on the chimney stack. This will improve your reception immeasurably, ending those frustrating hisses and knocks you hear when you sit down to listen to your favourite radio station. There are lots of different options for FM aerials, depending on where you live with the immediate obstructions you may be experiencing and how close you are to your local FM transmitter. It is also possible to add the FM signal 'into' the TV signal if your hifi is close to your television, using a TV/FM socket at the bottom.
